cvsps-cache.p
Cache file in "%APPDIR%\cvsps\" instead of "~/.cvsps/"
cvsps.cache is stored in ~/.cvsps/%CVSPSCACHE%, where %CVSPSCACHE%
is replaced by a string that represents the CVS repository. This file
caches computations cone by cvsps.
On Windows we replace the string ~/.cvsps/ with %APPDIR%\cvsps\
This fixes the location and the directory separator.
