Branch seq-proto-dev2 is dead

This tag is put here to decline that the seq-proto-dev2 branch is dead!
It is just kept for curious people.
The historical difference to seq-proto-dev3 is that this branch is based
on Joerg Sommer's rebase -i patches that have later been dropped from next.

For recent sequencer development look at the seq-builtin-* branches.
