Add update_tree_view() method which fills in the contents of treeListView, given appropriate data is in MmData structures; otherwise it complains. Make kmk use it in relevant places. Insert old-to-new folder-data conversion algorithm in loadCatalog() to support old catalogs (not 100 percent reliable, though) and remove the old XML-based 'tree-reconstruction' code.
