WIT (Wit Internet Teletype) is simple CLI CMS for managing static web content that is written entirely in Perl with some add-ons written as POSIX shell scripts. WIT supports menu, sidebar with miscellaneous features and labels to make navigation easier. Because WIT is quite modular new functions can be added easily. The content is hierarchical, divided into pages and pages into articles that can be serialized. Users can provide custom templates (using simple meta-language) and CSS files (although CSS routines can be completely switched off on demand) both per page and per article basis.
